Greenbank Annex & Derby Old Court

Liverpool University Greenbank Annex & Derby Old Court project is a 490,000 sq ft redevelopment, including the construction of two new four storey blocks alongside the refurbishment of Derby House.

In total, Greenbank village will create over 1,300 bedrooms, with self–catering and ensuite facilities. This is an increase in the number of rooms available at this site of 40%.

Derby Hall will serve as the focal block providing on-site housing, main reception and over 300 bedrooms.

The next phase of Greenbank’s redevelopment sees the refurbishment of Derby Old Court. When completed, Derby Old Court, will consist of student accommodation along with breakout areas and new spaces especially for student societies and clubs to use whilst living in Halls.
