A CAT A office refurbishment of the prestigious Manchester Royal Exchange building saw five floors of office space benefit from new mechanical and electrical services, as well as major plant renewals.

The works were carried out with one floor of offices occupied by an established law firm as well as the ground floor retail units and theatre having to continue trading with the minimal amount of disruption.

We introduced numerous solutions and systems to different floors, depending on floor void and ceiling heights, all with the purpose of providing new, highly efficient lighting, air conditioning and ventilation, along with general power requirements.

With the project expanding and modernising both entrance areas, we added feature lighting to bring the finishing touch. The roof-top now boasts an illuminated garden for occupants to enjoy for meetings or parties.
