Walsh IBS, alongside Russell WBHO, is proud to be working on a new contract for Municipal, Liverpool.
The project that will see former council offices transformed into a four-star hotel in Liverpool by property developer, Fragrance Group.
The two-year, £7.3M project involves the creation of 179 guest suites across the ground, first and second floors of the development.
Work will commence in February 2021 and is due to complete in October 2022.
